Mad Science

  last Friday  me and my class did  some Science and my favourite  one was   doing the Eruption in a cup cause   it was rising up and I was like wowwwwwwwww THAT WAS A M  A Z ING   and the other one was  the elephant tooth paste it was cool but it didn't rise up that much   cause the bottle was really wide and the next one that we did was the  soap power and everything  was awesome and the. Last one that we did was the balloon   blow up and the balloon blow up was kinda insane  and these are the images from the Science

Water Safety

 

Raranga Matahiko- Waitangi

when went to Raranga Matahiko  on the bus we made pous and to
make a pou we used this project called sculpt GL and tinker cad

and it took 1 day and thats long to make a pou then we got them and we get to keep it and the pous were blue and I thought it was going to be white like the pou that we were going to make but it was blue And we were listing to whea Monica and whea and Christina  then we watched the VR video 

what did I do  well-  is that I understand what are teachers saying   

what did I do tricky- It was really hard to make the pou in sculpt GL

What did you learn from reading this text?

So this book about Volcanoes and Geysers

So I liked this book  because it shows us some 

facts and information  about where Volcanoes and Geysers are. And there  a lot  of scary pages and was terrifying. 

These are my facts:

1. Did you know that  that people believe that Mud 

from Volcanoes and hot pools are good for. Your health  I didn't know that mud from the volcanoes and hot pools help peoples health.

2. people like to watch the Geysers but the water is too hot to swim in.

3. some people  use  volcanic soil to plant things because it is very good for plants.

Coopers Beach Camp 2020

A couple a weeks ago we went to coopers beach camp it was really fun cause it had a water slide, obstacle course, kayaks, and trampoline, and the beach...

Tuia Matauranga Roadshow

WALT we went to Taipa to the Tuia Matauranga Roadshow it about and the  voyagers and look at all the photos and information on the walls. we did sketching  at theses kind of tables that shows us how to draw flowers.  and. I drawn a pea and berries well I didn't  finish  the drawing tho and there were a VR there but I didn't have a Turn well there were Tablets on these kinda like a blackshort Tower  and I played on it and it was fun and. Something was on the waka it was pig and I was like why is there a pig on the waka and I think that so they can eat it for there Food and. we got these  booklet and it had a junior bingo thing that had question 

  

My Speech

What did you do well? so what I do well is that I use hand actions

What do find Tricky that I had to look at my paper and I didn't do that much reading well I was doing my speech

Why should weekends be longer? 

Do you like weekends because I do. Would you like weekends to be longer because I would. I think that weekends should be longer! Imagine all the games you can play like minecraft rocket league and 2K20 basketball You could watch more TV and sleep in for longer.

Also you can go to lots of different places and go shopping like shopping at pak N save, The Warehouse and you can still get jobs done at home. It will give you more time to go to fun places like 90 mile and Lake Ngatu for a swim.

If weekends were longer, you can go and visit your family. I would go see my grandad and nana so we can play board games like monopoly, burger battleship and their Halloween board game. I love visiting my grandparents.

If you had more time at home you can get more smart at your basic facts like  time tables, divided by’s and halves. You can practice them at home and get better for school.

You would have more time to do fitness  so you can get healthy and have more time to make healthy food.play games outside like soccer, kicks, and do some exercise.  and get fit,strong, also healthy and family too.

And that's why I think weekends should be longer.

Planting at Lake Ngatu

Yesterday the senior classes and I went to Lake Ngatu to plant trees. We PLANTED 360 PLANTS in total, and then we went to pick up rubbish. We had to take a really long walk back to school, Yvette was walking with us.  When we got to school, we didn't get a chance to play. I was like COME ON, I didn't get to have a play except at planting. Me and larell planted 16 Trees

Bubble Memories

we are sharing memories from our lockdown bubble.
first we did our bubble writing book. And we wrote about our

the most second after we did it we now copy it into our google docs bubble
memories. then it will ask you who was in your bubble third. after we did it
we now copy it then put it in a our bubble memories slide fourth after that we copy again then put in a new post then copy it butt the hard one is that we have to put our bubble memories slide into our new post with our writing part and all that other staff

Last Friday it was  Te Manga's assembly.We were getting ready to do our assembly. We were in eight groups.  we were so it was Reo, Cooper and I. The burglars were Kaiora, Hori and Millan. But we then we started to do our trolly dance. After our part, we then lined up along the wall. The song started and so we walked  to our spots. Once the song

Tuva-Lisa went to say her part, next came Atama and then Alani. My part was to say, “make sure you put your chromebook on a sensible surface.” At the end of the assembly, Tuva-Lisa remembers to say, “just follow the KAWA OF CARE.” After that  kaiora says, “sir can you hand out the certificates please.”
